you go to make a purchase postage is added automatically, calculated
from the size of your purchase and the country of destination.

Orders
will normally be processed within 7 days. Originals are dispatched
by first class mail or courier within India or by international
airmail as appropriate. This should mean that you will receive
your order, subject
to any customs delays,
within 14 working days. An e-mail will be sent to confirm your
payment has been processed and your order dispatched.
N.B. If you
select one of my most recent paintings dispatch will be delayed
until I've been able to arrange framing.
I would like to apologize if at any other time as a consequence
of my work commitments the dispatch of your order is delayed.
PACKAGING All items are shipped flat, in sturdy Corrugated board crates
filled with thermocol to ensure
your order arrives undamaged.
Any
necessary postage is added to the shopping cart automatically. The
cost is calculated from the size of your purchase and the country
of destination. The table below is a guide to postage rates.

ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.
If you are concerned about making the correct selection e-mail

Inspect
any received package thoroughly before accepting / signing
for it.
You must make a note of any damage
on the delivery record.
If you do not couriers will argue that the shipment was delivered
in good condition.
CUSTOMS
Goods supplied to European Union Countries do not require a customs
declaration.
Outside of the
European Union all international packages need to be accurately
described, with costs, on the customs declaration document.
Customs
and import duties
are not included. The customer is responsible for the payment
of surcharges.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches
your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be
borne by you as I have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they might be. Since customs policies vary from country
to country you may want to contact your local customs office for
further information.
DOCUMENTS
Having
successfully made your payment I send you a confirmatory
e-mail detailing your purchases. I issue a "certificate
of ownership"
to accompany your receipt. This
is validated once I have banked your payment. At this point the
painting becomes yours and will be forwarded immediately. I will
send an e-mail to confirm dispatch and expected arrival times.
RUSH ORDERING
In certain cases, rush orders can be processed. These are by special
request.
I can
take no responsibility for delays caused during shipping once
the goods have left me.

In view of
the limited supply, the availability of items depends on previous
sales.
If an offer to buy is made I reserve the right at my discretion
to decline the offer and not sell the goods.
Always
inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting / signing
for it.
Please don't panic if for whatever reason you are unhappy with
an original when you receive it or if it has been damaged in transit,
you will get a full refund on returning the goods. In the unlikely
event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase PayPal,
the card payment processors for my website, operate a refund policy.
Returning undamaged
or unsuitable items
Notify Sohel
that the painting does not match up to your
expectations. If not completely satisfied the artwork must be
promptly returned within 30 days of receipt.
The original must be packed carefully using the outward
packaging and insured for the full purchase value as it may not
be possible to offer a refund or replacement for any goods, which
are damaged during return transit.
Once I have received the carefully returned item,
I guarantee to refund 100% of the artwork's purchase price and
your postage expenses incurred during the returning of the original.
(Please send an invoice with postage receipts).
What to do
if a parcel is damaged in transit Inspect any received package thoroughly
before accepting / signing for it. You must make a note of any damage on the delivery
record. If you do not the couriers will argue that the shipment
was delivered in good condition. In order for them to consider
a claim for damage, the contents, original shipping carton and
packing must be available for inspection.
If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage:

that the shipping company return the merchandise

original shipping carton and packaging
